Clinical first.
Every decision starts with the clinician — their experience, their dignity, their need to feel seen and supported in the hardest job in the world.
CareTeams exists because the tools healthcare has historically been handed to run its clinical workforce — spreadsheets, email chains, legacy HR systems, and workforce platforms designed for warehouses — don’t work. They were never going to work. Healthcare runs on a different clock, answers to a different set of regulators, and serves patients whose wellbeing cannot wait for Monday’s report. We built CareTeams because we lived the problem, and we knew the software industry had not yet built the answer.

And the software industry has been solving the wrong equation.
For years, healthcare has been handed workforce technology designed for industries with very different problems — manufacturing, retail, hospitality. Those platforms were built on a core assumption: that if you optimize the schedule well enough, the workforce will follow. In healthcare, that assumption has failed — catastrophically.
Nearly 40% of RNs say they intend to leave the workforce or retire within five years. Hospital RN turnover runs at 17.6%, and each staff RN who leaves costs about $60,090 to replace. Agency spend remains one of the largest — and most preventable — line items on the P&L. And the industries that inspired our tools all have something healthcare does not: a workforce that can go home at the end of a shift without someone’s life hanging on whether the next one is covered.
Healthcare does not need a better scheduling tool. It needs a workforce platform built on the understanding that clinicians are human beings doing the most important work in the economy — and that the technology they use should reflect that. That belief is why CareTeams exists.
CareTeams provides a singular, integrated platform that solves the dual challenge of shift-filling and staff retention — leveraging biometrics, motivation science, and agentic AI to orchestrate clinical labor with the precision, intelligence, and transparency of a global digital enterprise. We call this dynamic labor orchestration.
What makes CareTeams different isn’t just the technology — it’s the experience behind it.
Our team has spent years running large, distributed clinical workforces. They built CareTeams to solve the problems they couldn’t fix any other way.
Years spent on the operator side
Every decision starts with the clinician — their experience, their dignity, their need to feel seen and supported in the hardest job in the world.
In healthcare, close enough isn’t good enough. We build systems that are exact — in compliance, in scheduling, in verification, and in every data point we surface to leaders.
We’re not building a feature. We’re building the operating system for the clinical workforce — a platform that compounds in value as the healthcare workforce evolves around it.
No generic demo. A focused conversation about your clinical workforce — your setting, your team, your challenges — and a clear picture of what CareTeams could unlock for you.
