CareTeams · The company

More than a platform.

A point of view about how clinical workforces deserve to be managed.

CareTeams was built by healthcare operators who lived the problem before they built the answer. We exist because the tools healthcare has historically been handed — spreadsheets, email chains, legacy HR systems, and workforce platforms designed for warehouses — were never going to work in clinical environments. Our company, our partners, and our beliefs all serve a single purpose: to bring the precision, intelligence, and humanity of a modern platform to the most consequential workforce in the economy.

We didn’t set out to build a workforce platform.
We set out to build the one that finally respects the people inside it.

What we believe

Three beliefs behind everything we build.

01

Clinicians first.

Every product decision starts with the question: does this make a clinician’s day better? If the answer isn’t yes, we don’t build it. Healthcare has had enough software designed for administrators, over the heads of the people doing the work.

02

Healthcare-only.

We did not build a workforce platform and adapt it for hospitals. Every rule, workflow and integration assumes a clinical setting: credentials that expire mid-shift, union agreements, meal-break law that carries a penalty, and a shift that cannot simply go unfilled. A platform built for warehouses can be configured for healthcare. It cannot be made to understand it.

03

Built to survive reality.

Designed to work in challenging physical environments. Multilingual by default. A shared kiosk on the unit when a phone isn’t practical. We built for the conditions healthcare actually runs in — not the conditions a software demo assumes.
